Edmonton residents woke up this morning to icy conditions on the roads as a freezing rain warning was in effect.

According to Environment Canada, the band of freezing rain will move eastward across the city and can make highways, sidewalks and parking lots very slippery.

The Edmonton Transit Service has now resumed, but is reminding people taking public transit that they will slow down due to road conditions.

Multitask with YouTube's Picture-in-Picture feature and boost your productivity

Picture in Picture has redefined the concept of multitasking, following the split screen feature. This feature was introduced by Android developers for Android versions 8.0 and above. After the release of the iOS 14 upgrade, iPhone owners were able to use it. This feature allows you to continue watching a video on a small player pinned to the corner of your phone’s screen while switching between apps. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and a whole host of other apps make this possibility possible. Unfortunately, many users are unable to use YouTube’s picture-in-picture option due to various factors.

Float Video is also available on the Google Play Store and its primary function is exactly the same. This app allows you to keep watching your video on a small player while using another app. Pure Tuber is an app that offers a lot of features to enhance your video streaming experience on YouTube. YouTube picture in picture is one of the many features that you can use through this app. How do you access YouTube while using Pure Tuber? You do that by opening the Pure Tuber app and logging in with YouTube. That is it! All your data from YouTube, including your preferences and playlists, is all synchronized with Pure Tuber.

Once this is done, open the YouTube app and start playing a video. Then press the home button and a small floating screen should appear in a corner of your phone’s screen. You can move it at your convenience, change the size of the player and use the media controls for the video. To close the player, tap the player and tap the close icon. Android 8.0 users living outside the US can access this feature by downloading a VPN app. The iOS 14 update also introduced the image to image mode and iPhone users couldn’t be happier. It came with a caveat, however, that the image in image mode doesn’t work for YouTube. But that will change once you follow these steps: Tube Video is an app on the Google Play Store with a huge collection of videos. However, the highlight of this app is that it gives you the option to watch videos on screen in picture mode.

You can download the app from Pure Tuber’s official website. It is also available for download on Google Play Store, Apkpure, Oppo Store and Vivo Store. This is a safe to use app that is free from malware and viruses and will not compromise the security of your device. However, keep in mind that Pure Tuber is only available for Android users. Other notable features include streaming videos without repeatedly skipping YouTube ads, YouTube image in picture mode, play YouTube videos in the background, download YouTube videos and audio to enjoy when offline. In addition, Pure Tuber offers all its services for free.

There’s no denying that picture in picture has taken the convenience game to the next level, and who wouldn’t want to take advantage of it. And yes, many third-party apps support the feature, but not universally. In many regions, picture in picture is only compatible with a select few apps, and YouTube is not one of them. This article provides a plethora of options for you to choose from. Evaluate your needs and choose accordingly. If you want to stay a part of the YouTube clan, go ahead and take advantage of that free trial. If a free, well-rounded app tempts you, download and pay for Pure Tuber. You can find out more about it on their official website. You can also use the above tips and tricks for Android and iPhone to enjoy YouTube picture in picture.

The interface of the app is similar to that of YouTube, so if you decide not to sync the two together, you can still stream videos with ease, without the hassle of random ads. But you can’t access Pure Tuber’s other features like picture in picture. A spin-off version of the original YouTube, YouTube Premium is a complete package of an app. The various benefits you get include ad-free streaming, background video playback, video and audio downloading, and YouTube images in image mode. This app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The monthly subscription for YouTube Premium is worth $12.99, while the family subscription is $17.99 per month. If you subscribe to YouTube Premium, you also automatically get access to YouTube Music Premium.

Wheat futures fall on US weather; corn, soy rice
  • Improved outlook for US wheat weighs on Chicago futures
  • Soybeans rise for second session, corn gains more ground
  • Forecasts of bumper soybeans, corn production in LatAm curb profit

SINGAPORE, Dec. 9 (Reuters) – Chicago wheat futures fell for a second straight session on Thursday as forecasts of mild temperatures and some rain in key US growth regions fueled expectations of a record crop.

Soybeans rose for a second straight session, while corn rose for the third day in a row, although predictions of near-record production in Brazil and Argentina limited gains.

Decreasing concerns about the variant of the Omicron coronavirus caused additional pressure on prices.

“U.S. wheat prices are now at a new low since the Omicron variety emerged,” said Tobin Gorey, director of agricultural strategy at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

“The lack of a rally in wheat prices as fears for Omicron wane may not come as a surprise. The emergence of Omicron has been more of a catalyst for some investors to exit several markets at once, including wheat.”

The most active wheat contract on the Chicago Board of Trade lost 0.4% to $7.91-3/4 per bushel, as of 0322 GMT, after closing 1.7% lower Wednesday.

Soybeans gained 0.2% to $12.64 per bushel and corn rose 0.2% to $5.88-1/4 per bushel.

US weather models call for mild temperatures, which helps wheat crops before their dormancy period.

Private exporters reported sales of 130,000 tons of soybeans to China, the fifth trading day in a row after a flash sale of the oilseed, and 1.844 million tons of corn to Mexico.

Expectations for a record crop of corn and soybeans in South America kept profits under control. Forecasts pointed to improved growth weather in recent days, but parts of southern Brazil remained dry.

Brazil’s grain harvest is expected to hit a record 289 million tons in 2022, up 14% from a year earlier, farmer group CNA said on Wednesday, adding that the country’s grain and oilseed production has “one more year to go.” or two” should reach 300 million tons. .”

Commodity funds were net buyers of CBOT futures contracts for soybeans, soybean meal and corn and net sellers of wheat and soybean oil on Wednesday, traders said.
