Participating in Shillong Tar is a way to test your luck. The ancient traditional game is hosted at the Polo Ground, Police Bazar, in the capital, Meghalaya. Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association, which houses about 15 archery clubs, hosts the event. Every day, hundreds of people, including the tribal archers and the betting participants, gather in the ground to witness the Shillong Teer event.
The association has announced the winning numbers for the Shillong Morning Teer games for Wednesday, November 24. The lucky number for the first round of the Shillong Morning Teer game is 14 and for the second round it is 93.
Meanwhile, the lucky numbers for the first round of November 23 Shillong Teer game, whose result was announced at 3:30 PM, are 19, and for the second round, whose result was announced at 4:30 PM, 72.
While in lotteries held across the country the lucky draws are drawn, the Shillong Teer winners are determined through archery competitions. In this lottery game, participants have to correctly predict the Teer Dream numbers before the game starts. One can purchase the tickets for this legalized lottery game at ticket offices set up across the state. These lottery shops remain open from 10am to 3.30pm. Shillong Teer is played all week except Sunday.

Note the important times of today’s game:
The first round starts at 3:45 PM, followed by the second round at 4:45 PM. The Teer Dream numbers of the preliminary round will be updated at 4.30 pm and for the second round the result will be known at 5.30 pm.
Archers participating in the first round of the Shillong Tar are allowed to shoot 30 arrows each. The ticket holder can win up to Rs 80 for each Re 1 ticket purchased in this round. When entering the second round, archers receive 20 arrows each. If ticket holders correctly predict the Teer Dream numbers, they can win up to Rs 60 for each Re 1 ticket bet placed.
Shillong Teer is not the only archery-based lottery run by the state. Meghalaya also hosts Khanapara Teer, Jowai Teer and Ladrymbai Teer.

The pace of digital change in business shows no signs of slowing down in 2022. Latest survey from MuleSoft identifies 7 key digital transformation trends that will shape the future of work in 2022 and beyond. The top 7 trends shaping digital transformation in 2022 are:

According to MuleSoft, automation will be a fundamental driving force for the modern digital enterprise rather than being used in piecemeal projects. Per Deloitte, 93% of business leaders expect to be using RPAs by 2023. Research from 2021 shows that automation will accelerate business decentralization with a digital-first investment and a new capability strategy. The latest survey from Sales team revealed that automation solutions increase productivity and better manage employee stress levels. The survey identified four key ways workplace automation has actually improved employee experiences, both personally and professionally. The Salesforce survey, conducted in October 2021 of 773 automation users in the United States, found that 89% are more satisfied with their job and 84% more satisfied with their business as a result of using automation in the workplace. In addition, 91% of full-time workers say automation saves them time and provides a better work-life balance.
Here are the 4 main themes of the automation survey:
- Automation drives productivity and team collaboration: 90% of IT users claim that automation has made them much more satisfied with cross-departmental collaboration.
- Automating tasks saves time and reduces errors: 81% of automation users are not concerned that automation will replace their job. The study further challenged skeptics by showing that 88% of users now trust automation solutions to perform tasks flawlessly. 92% of users are more satisfied with productivity and 85% of users are more satisfied with collaboration within their teams. Forty-seven percent of users say that automation solutions mean fewer subordinate tasks in their day-to-day work.
- Time saved with automation provides space for employees to tackle new projects and career: Research shows that 83% of users say that automation solutions have given them time to take on new, challenging projects. In addition, 83% of users say that automation solutions have given them time to learn new skills. Research also found that 77% of users say automation solutions have given them more time to deepen relationships with customers and stakeholders. All of these trends point to an improved career path based on better and faster results and the ability to create value together.
- Automation solutions lower stress, increase balance – the survey shows that there was a plus 25% increase in positive views about automation before versus after using automation tools. As a result of automation solutions, 89% of users are more satisfied with their daily work, 84% of users are more satisfied with their business in general, and 76% of users are more satisfied with their stress levels. Finally, 91% of users believe that automation solutions save them time and provide a better work-life balance.
The adoption of automation across the business is being driven from both the outside and the inside of IT. We are seeing incredible adoption of low-code or no-code automation across all industries. By the end of 2025, Gartner predicts that half of all new low-code clients will come from non-IT enterprise buyers, as citizen developers on those teams carry more of their own projects, reducing the burden on IT.
Whether it’s low-code technology or workflow automation, the secret to digital transformation is to efficiently delegate work and increase the automation output of all organizations. Business teams must be empowered to transform their own processes, automate simple, repetitive tasks – and thus enable successful experiences, both virtual and in person, through ever-expanding touchpoints.
